Social Services Programs

Social services programs include blood drives, Medicare enrollment, nutrition, wellness, and safety seminars.

Collaboration with the Walworth County Aging and Disability Resource Center and Citizens Bank to create Dementia and Caretaker programs, including opening a ‘Memory Café.’ 

Three former ETHS graduates are enrolled in the Southeastern Wisconsin Workforce Development intern program.

Current events

  • Memory Café-A social gathering for individuals with early-stage dementia and their family, friends, or caregivers. Held monthly for 90 minutes and promotes the opportunity for engagement, socialization, and shared experiences. The program is  Bank. Held every third Tuesday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

  • Caregiver Workshop Caring for others can be overwhelming and lonely for caregivers.  Caregiver support group gatherings allow caregivers to share feelings confidentially, connect with fellow caregivers, and find help navigating the health care system. The program is facilitated by a Walworth County Aging and Disability Resource Center dementia specialist and underwritten by Citizens Bank. The support group will meet on the third Friday of every other month from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
